    A secret research facility has gone dark and the Nanoagents are sent to find out what happened. The problem is that the facility is on the moon! The team works with NASA to determine a way to get to the moon. Once there they learn that a group of aliens has taken the Moon Base crew hostage. Seth, Ajita, Jaden, Cheryl, and Chen have to work together to figure out how to free the hostages and take back Moon Base. But there is a problem... The aliens (known as Klakzaskians) that have taken over the base are not the ones running the show, they’re just following orders. The alien in-charge is a Zbrakni, just like the alien named “Xabigan” that Seth had run into a few months earlier. His name is “Civugan” and he has learned a way to make the Klakzaskians do whatever he wants, and one of the things he wants to do is conquer Earth! Can the Nanoagents get the Klakzaskians on their side? Will they be able to work with these new aliens to take Civugan down and get back control of Moon Base? The Nanoagents will have to rely on each other if they’re going to free the hostages and save the Earth from certain doom.
